The fund exists to identify and redevelop vacant homes, distressed properties, and underutilized lots that have become liabilities to communities. Every Buildashare project contributes 10% of net profits directly into the fund.
Over time, these contributions create a self-sustaining cycle that produces housing, supports local trades, and improves neighborhoods.
